Los Padres Foundation College Tuition Assistance Program: Economically disadvantaged NY and NJ Puerto Rican/Latino youths who are the first in their families to attend college realize their potential through education and community service with renewable $2,000-$8,000 awards. Click here for more information.   The application deadline is mid-January senior year.

LoyolaCollege in Maryland Scholarships: The Claver scholarship is for African-American, Hispanic, Asian and Native American students and is based on academic excellence and community service.  It is not need-based and is renewable annually.  For information, click here.   Apply to Loyola by January 15th for scholarship consideration. 

National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP-NY) Scholarship Program:  NAAAP-NY assists and encourages promising Asian American students, awarding $2500.  One Chan Lin Achievement Award goes to a senior who immigrated to the US within the past five years and has permanent legal US residence.  Click here for more information.

The Point Foundation: Each year, The Point Foundation awards multi-year scholarships to support academic achievement in higher education among marginalized LGBT youth.
